Well, they are opening one week later than planned but it is definitely worth the wait.  Unity's produce stand in the big white barn on Colbern Road is now open from 8am to noon on Saturdays and I checked it out this morning.  They have a great variety of vegetables, some fruit and free range eggs!  They all looked great and smelled great too!  They are getting their produce directly from the Amish in Jamesport but plan to grown their own in the coming years.  Check it out, I'd enjoy hearing your impressions.
